Description
A metal disc is balanced on either side by small masses and rolls down a rope. This simulates a tightrope walker using a long pole to balance himself.
Also known as a funambule in french.
Equipment
- Tightrope walker
 - String
 - Two c-clamps with rods
 
Instructions
Attach a taut string between two rods at a small angle (15 - 30°). Place the tightrope walker at the highest point of the string and watch it travel down.
