Description
The inhalation of helium causes the demonstrator's voice to become high pitched due to the molecular mass of helium compared to air.

- helium gas (balloon)
- willing participant
Instructions
Have the participant inhale the balloon full of helium. Their voice will become higher pitched due to helium having a lower molecular mass than air.
